No Worries!

             Good Day!

We all tend to worry about things and these days there are lots of events happening in the world that can stimulate worry even more.

The dictionary describes worry as: Giving away to anxiety or unease. Allowing one’s mind to dwell on difficulty or troubles. A state of anxiety and uncertainty over actual or potential problems.

So how can we relieve our minds from the state of worry. As a psychic, I was taught a simple yet profound energy tool: Grounding

I invite you to sit back, relax and follow this meditation to release worry from your Body, Mind and Energy System.

Sitting in a chair with both feet flat on the floor and your back as straight as possible, close your eyes and take 2-3 deep breaths.

Place your attention on the base of your spine. This is the location of your 1st chakra. Imagine a tree trunk or a tube of bright color that  extends from the base of your spine to the center of Earth. Just imagine it and it is so. This is the energy tool is called grounding and it is great for releasing unwanted thoughts, feelings, and events. Today, we are going to use this tool to release worry.

Imagine for a moment something you are worrying about in this present moment or something you tend to worry about often. Start to see yourself as separate from this energy. In other words, sometimes we become these worries and they kind of take over. Imagine that YOU are not what you are worrying about. See this worry coming out of your mind and body and leaving via your ground cord. It travels down your grounding cord all the way to the center of the planet, where it is transformed into neutral energy. It is fun to use your imagination!

As you sit with your eyes closed, for say 15 minutes, as worries (thoughts) come up that you would like to be free of, just imagine them moving down your grounding cord.

The grounding cord is a simple, great and effective tool. It really works!

The last step before leaving your meditation is to imagine a large ball of your own life-force energy right above your head. Allow your life-force from this ball to flow down through the top of your head and fill up your entire body and the space around your body out to 2-3 feet from the surface of your body. This space is commonly called the aura.

Whenever you release energy that is not yours, it is important to to fill up all the places in your body and aura now free of that foreign energy, with your own vital life-force energy. This is an important basic concept of energy work. Until next time, be good to yourself and everyone else.
